The Will Fendon Properties Team at Keller Williams Portland Premiere is looking for a licensed Office Manager to join our high-producing real estate team.
The ideal candidate should possess these skills and qualities:
- Oregon Real Estate License must be current.
- We will consider an unlicensed candidate if you are willing to get licensed while employed with our team.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of a residential real estate office, including: Transaction Coordination, Marketing, client relations and phone work.
- Exceptional customer service and follow up skills are a must.
- Tech savvy. Knowledge of Apple Computers is a must.
- Working knowledge of the RMLS, Google Drive, Dot Loop, Mail Chimp, Microsoft 365 and other similar tools and platforms.
- Social Media: manage our 36-Touch Marketing program, social media content, blog and website.
- Administrative duties include monitoring a dashboard to track listings, pending sales and closings, phones, purchasing business supplies, email communications, copying, filing.
- Maintain all agent financial systems, bill payment, budget, bank accounts.
- Marketing: monitor and develop new systems for team, manage client CRM. system, track inbound leads from websites, reviews and testimonials, create buyer & seller consultation packages.
- Must have current OR Driver’s License, Vehicle and insurance to perform occasional job-related tasks.
- Good multi-tasker, organized, problem-solver, positive, honest, reliable, supportive, independent, good writer and go getter.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
